Quality policy

Our strategy of maintaining and continuously improving our quality assurance system is a fundamental aspect of the company’s business strategy. The objective of the quality policy is to fully achieve and sustain the standard of quality of our products and services, leading to the continuous satisfaction of the customer’s needs and requirements while optimizing the needs, interests, and economic efficiency of the company. Technical preparations for production, production, sales, and any servicing of all our products and services must be in line with this objective.

Our quality assurance system is established to ensure that organizational, technical, and commercial activities affecting the standard of the quality assurance system are planned, addressed, checked, and continuously improved in a manner that ensures the satisfaction of the customer.

To ensure that quality objectives are met, company employees adhere to the following principles:

  • The quality assurance system is not the outcome of the activities of a single department or employee, but rather the result of systematic cooperation among all departments and employees within the company and in concert with suppliers and customers
  • cooperation must be organized and coordinated so that quality work is the responsibility of every individual in the company, as quality improvement requires the active participation of all employees in solving and eliminating deficiencies and problems
  • quality requires the exemplary personal involvement of all company supervisors in mobilizing the knowledge, skills, and positive attitude of each employee toward improving all areas of the company
  • the principle of the internal customer must be consistently applied: every employee has their own customers within the company and strives to fully meet their needs and requirements

Achieving and maintaining the quality of products and services at the standard required by the customer is guaranteed by the company’s management. The “Quality Manual” and “Company Policies and Procedures Manual” define the responsibilities, authority, and mutual relationships of all employees who perform and verify activities affecting quality.
