I enjoy my work as an electroplating plant process technologist, the camaraderie is great and Festa is a family business with a long tradition. I had more or less the same role at my previous job, so I was able to apply that experience to my work here. The only thing I had to get used to was the much larger volumes of the electroplating baths.
